Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are not tolerated on Swift Dating and may result in account suspension or termination:

Harassment & Bullying

  • Targeted insults, threats, or intimidation
  • Repeated unwanted contact after being asked to stop
  • Doxxing or sharing private information without consent

Inappropriate Content

  • Pornographic material
  • Hate speech, discriminatory language, or slurs
  • Graphic violence or disturbing imagery
  • Spam, scams, or fraudulent schemes

Impersonation & Deception

  • Pretending to be someone else (real or fictional)
  • Using fake photos or misleading profile information
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans

Illegal Activities

  • Promotion or facilitation of illegal acts
  • Sharing copyrighted material without permission
  • Attempting to hack or damage the platform

Reporting Violations

If you witness behavior that violates these guidelines:

  • Use the reporting feature on the user's profile or during chat
  • Provide as much detail as possible (screenshots, timestamps)
  • Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours
  • We take appropriate action ranging from warnings to permanent bans

Consequences

Violations of community guidelines may result in:

  • First offense: Warning and temporary restriction
  • Repeated violations: Extended suspension
  • Severer offenses: Immediate permanent ban
  • Illegal activities: Reported to appropriate authorities

Appeals Process

If you believe your account was suspended or banned in error, you may appeal by contacting our support team. Provide your username, details of the situation, and why you believe the action was mistaken. Appeals are reviewed within 48 hours.
